Melsman I have a 2005 400EX and purchased this to delete my parking brake First - 'having a new clutch' is a broad term - what parts were replaced were the clutch was serviced? Second - new springs; stock, heavy duty or racing? Third - what brand and grade of oil is being used? The clutch should require appx 1/2 to 1 inch of lever pull to make slip and appx 2 inches of pull for full disengagement.
